Introduction to Sri Lanka Culture

On July 4th, 2016, Center for the International Education and Exchange held the second event introducing the culture of Sri Lanka at the international common space “G-Philos” on Kofu campus.
Sri Lanka is an island country, which is blessed with natural beauty. Some of the students from Sri Lanka introduced the climate, cultures and the world heritage sites. It was a good oppotunity to learn the different culture even in the Asian region.
The students who attended the event also enjoyed traditional foods of Sri Lanka such as a dish made with vegitables, chicken curry and tea with milk.
